Posse Herrera Ruiz advises Odinsa on a public bond offering

Posse Herrera Ruiz has counselled the engineering company on a $73m public offering

Posse Herrera Ruiz advised Odinsa on a $73m bond offering authorized by the Colombian Financial Superintendency by Resolution No. 0730 of August 18th, 2020. The total amount of the issued bonds was COP$ 280,000,000,000, placed through auction at the Colombian Stock Exchange. Despite the AA- rating of Odinsa, the market had a good response to the offer. The demand rose the final amount up to COP$ 436,805,000,000.

Odinsa S.A is a Construction and Infrastructure development and a publicly-traded company (the largest engineering association in Colombia). It is devoted to both private and public great infrastructure projects.
