Posse Herrera Ruiz announced the appointment of Isabel Cristina Vásquez (pictured) as a director in the Infrastructure and Public Law area, complementing the team led by partner José Alejandro Torres.
Cristina Vásquez, a renowned specialist in public procurement and infrastructure, has extensive experience with over 20 years in the sector, standing out at the executive level at Construcciones El Cóndor S.A., where she accompanied all legal processes for infrastructure projects and financial closings. She has extensive experience in Public, Administrative, and Public procurement law. She is a lawyer from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana and specializes in Administrative Law from the same Institution. Cristina will be based in the Medellín office of the firm, thus strengthening its presence in that region.
