Posse Herrera Ruiz counsels Auna on $300m notes issuance

Posse Herrera Ruiz has advised Auna on the issuance as Colombian counsel

Posse Herrera Ruiz acted as the Colombian counsel of Auna S.A.A and all the Colombian guarantors on the operation. Amid the worldwide Coronavirus (COVID 19) pandemic crisis, Auna S.A.A., a company of the healthcare industry, recognized in Peru and with a high growing presence in Colombia offered in connection with rule 144A/Regulation S $300 million aggregate principal amount of its 6.500% guaranteed senior notes due 2025.

Posse Herrera Ruiz team was led by partner Mariana Posse (pictured left) and Jaime Cubillos (pictured right), and involved Jesús Albarrán, Adriana Cabal, Susana Gómez and Catalina Rodríguez.

Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP acted as international counsel of the issuer with a team formed by partner Maurice Blanco, and lawyers Claudia Carvajal López and Jordyn Giannone. Estudio Rodrigo, Elias y Medrano acted as Peruvian counsel for Auna with a team lead by partners Jean Paul Chabaneix and Jorge Trelles, and involved lawyers Bruno Baigorria Barrantes and Ana Sofia Restrepo. 

The underwriters were assisted internationally by Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP by partners Francesca L. Odell and Adam Brenneman, and lawyers Carla Cardoza Vidal, Martin Simonis, Elena Vespoli and Amanda Brown.
