Posse Herrera Ruiz counsels SGS on Sutherland refinancing

Posse Herrera Ruiz has assisted the subsidiary on its garantor role

Posse Herrera Ruiz advised SGS Colombia Holding S.A.S. (amongst other subsidiaries) on secured the refinancing of Sutherland Global Services Inc. for a value of $535 million on December 4th, 2020.

Posse Herrera Ruiz acted as legal counsel to SGS Colombia Holding S.A.S., (acting as Guarantor), in the execution of certain collateral documents needed for the refinancing of Sutherland Global Services Inc.

Cayman Islands, United States of America, Mexico, India, United Kingdom, amongst others, were the jurisdiction affected by the operation.

Posse Herrera Ruiz team was led by partner Mariana Posse (pictured), and involved lawyers Lina María Lineros, Javier Alejandro González and Laura Lucía Martínez

Gómez-Pinzón acted as counsel to TMF Colomnbia Ltda. with a team formed by partner Adriana Moreno Márquez and lawyers Catalina Prieto Núñez and Antonio Alfonso Elcure Creazzo.
