Posse Herrera Ruiz has announced the admission of Juan Pablo Bonilla as a partner of the Dispute Resolution practice area. For a few years now, Juan Pablo has led the Insolvency practice, while he continues to litigate both in arbitration and before Colombian judges.

Juan Pablo has more than 20 years of experience in the attention of judicial and arbitration processes, in which he has successfully represented local and international clients before civil and administrative jurisdictions, arbitration tribunals and administrative authorities. His practice is significant in liability proceedings, insolvency proceedings, consumer rights, restrictive competition practices and unfair competition.
