PPO represents Bisa in Bupa acquisition
PPO Abogados has represented Bisa Seguros y Reaseguros in the acquisition of Bupa Global in Bolivia. This is the most important transaction in the Bolivian insurance and reinsurance industry for a decade.
With the purchase, Bisa Seguros y Reaseguros incorporates the know-how of Bupa Global into its current business model, expanding its insurance coverage and consolidating its position as the largest private health insurance provider in Bolivia.
Once the changeover with the regulator is finalised, BISA Seguros y Reaseguros will take over the management of policies issued by Bupa Bolivia to its Bolivian clients.
Bupa Global is a leading multinational private health insurance company with more than 75 years of experience in the market.
