PPU acted for Odinsa on sale of its stake in Gena

Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría acted for Odinsa on the sale of its 59,67% stakehold in Gena for $35,3 million. 

Odinsa is a Colombian construction and infrastructure development company. Gena (Generacion del Atlantico) is a Panama-based power plant operator.

The transactions marks a finetuning of Odinsa´s business strategy, as the company refocuses on concessions, exiting energy investments.

Partner Claudia Barrero led the PPU team advising Odinsa.
