PPU acts for Bodytech in loan refinancing

Chilean law firm Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero & Uria (PPU) acted as local counsel to Bodytech in the refinancing of a $90 million loan to Bodytech Colombia provided by Scotiabank Chile and Banco de Crédito e Inversiones. 



BodytechThe loan was guaranteed by Bodytech’s subsidiaries in Colombia, Spain, Chile and Peru.



Founded in 1998, Bodytech is a Colombian gymnasium chain with more than 170 branches in Colombia, Chile and Peru and around 300,000 members. 



PPU’s partner Alberto Pulido Astoreca and associate Macarena Valenzuela acted as Bodytech Chile’s counsel.
