PPU acts in the acquisition of TZ Holdings by GTCR

Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría Peru has advised GTCR, an international private equity firm, in the acquisition of 100% of the shares of TZ Holdings from Willis Towers Watson Public Limited Company, a global advisory, brokerage and solutions company.

This transaction was signed on September 30, 2024 and closed on January 2, 2025, and involved the jurisdictions of Peru and the United States. Other participating firms were Kirkland & Ellis and Weil Gotshal & Manges.
