PPU advised Mercadoni Colombia on finance round
Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría acted for the delivery start-up Mercadoni on a new round of financing.
Mercadoni Colombia was founded in Bogota in 2015 and it handles hyper-local deliveries in under 60 minutes via an app and the web. The company received a seed financing in 2016 from Axon Private Equity. The fund is also involved in the current found of financing jointly with Pegasus, another private equity fund; and a subsidiary of Gerónimo Martins.
On this round, Mercadoni will receive $6,2 million to continue its expansion plan.
