PPU advises Arthur J. Gallagher on acquisition from OTES
Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría Peru has advised Arthur J. Gallagher on the acquisition of an insurance portfolio from OTES Corredores de Seguros, a leading broker in Peru.
The transaction, signed and closed in September, also involved the transfer of insurance policies, and subject to compliance with a number of regulatory requirements (Superintendencia de Banca y Seguros).
Tamara Infante and Santos Gonzalez Victorica acted as in-house counsels on the transaction.
