PPU advises Capac and SAMI on capital raising of TuSueldoYa

Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría Peru has advised the Capac Investment Fund and SAMI – Private Investment Fund, in the process of capital increase in Servicios Financieros Digitales (TuSueldoYa), a recognized FinTech in the Peruvian market.

For these purposes, several transactions were carried out, such as capital contributions, share exchanges and corporate reorganisations between the different companies involved in the transaction perimeter. The transaction was signed and closed on 2 October.
