PPU advises Forpay on $5.3m financing round

PPU Chile has counselled Forpay SpA on its $5.3 million seed funding round

 Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría has advised Forpay SpA on its 2022 seed funding round, a seed funding round for one of the most promising Chilean Fintech startups.

This deal was closed on 21 March, for $5.3 million US dollars.

PPU’s team was composed of senior associate María Jesus Ibañez (pictured top left) and associates Nicolás Santana (pictured top right), Juan Pablo Zegers (pictured bottom left) and Bárbara Bodelón (pictured bottom right).
