PPU advises Gallagher on Peru insurance portfolio
Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría (PPU) acted as counsel to Arthur J. Gallagher in its acquisition of an insurance portfolio from Nusser Corredores de Seguros in Peru. The transaction was signed and closed in July 2025. Financial terms of the deal remain confidential.
Arthur J. Gallagher, a leading global insurance brokerage and risk management services firm, strengthens its presence in the Peruvian market through this acquisition. The seller, Nusser Corredores de Seguros, is a local insurance broker with a longstanding footprint in the sector.
The PPU team advising Arthur J. Gallagher was led by partner Rafael Boisset (pictured), with support from director Víctor Abad and associates Mario Arce and Rodrigo De la Cruz. On the client side, in-house legal counsel Tamara Infante and Santos González Victorica were closely involved in the transaction.
