PPU advises on merger of Valmet Oyj and Neles Corporation

PPU Chile has counselled on the approval by the Fiscalía Nacional Económica of the merger between Valmet Oyj and Neles Corporation

 Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría Chile has advised on the approval by the Fiscalía Nacional Económica of the Merger Operation between Valmet Oyj and Neles Corporation in the automation and flow control markets serving a range of process industries with a strong sustainability focus.

This transaction was approved on 30 December 2021 for €7 billion, including the jurisdictions of France, Italy (including the stake in Acea), Czech Republic, Africa (including Lydec), Central Asia, India, China, Australia, Chile and Brazil, among others.
