PPU advises on sale of 80% stake in Valledupar Futbol Club

PPU Colombia has represented the shareholders of Valledupar Futbol Club in the sale of subscribed shares

 Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría has advised the majority shareholders of Valledupar Futbol Club S.A. on the sale of 80% of the company’s subscribed and outstanding shares.

This transaction was closed on January 24th, where Muñoz Tamayo Abogados (MTA) acted as advisor to Societá Sportivo NBF S.A.

Valledupar Fútbol Club is a Colombian football club from the city of Valledupar, Colombia. It was founded on 15 November 2003 and currently plays in the Second Division.

PPU’s team was composed by partner Nicolás Tirado (pictured left), together with associates Juan José Castaño (pictured top centre), Alejandro Medina (pictured top right), Gustavo Ibarra (pictured bottom centre) and Fabio Palacios (pictured bottom right).
