PPU advises Sumitomo Mitsui on synthetic credit agreement with Forum
Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría has advised Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation on the synthetic credit agreement entered into between Forum Servicios Finacieros, as borrower, and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, as lender, dated 20 October.
This transaction was closed on 26 October, with Milbank acting as New York counsel to Sumitomo Mitsui; CEPD Abogados, as Chilean counsel to Forum; and Holland & Knight, as New York counsel to Forum.
Milbank’s team included Alexander Borisoff, Katherine Hannah and Shannon Mis-Marzano.
Holland & Knight’s team was represented by Norberto Quintana.
