PPU and Garrigues advise on 100m loan to Megacentro Lurín
PPU and Garrigues have assisted in the financing of Megacentro Lurín by BTG Pactual- Cayman Branch
Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría, through its offices in Peru, has advised the Peruvian company Megacentro Lurín, a subsidiary of the Chilean company Megacentro, on a $100 million USD financing from BTG Pactual Bank in the Cayman Islands.
In this transaction, which concluded on 15 June, Garrigues-Peru advised lender BTG Pactual – Cayman Branch.
Located in the Lima district of the same name, Megacentro Lurín rents warehouses, mini-warehouses and offices, with infrastructure and services. Megacentro has facilities in Lima, Arequipa and Chiclayo.
