PPU assists Codify in raising seed capital

Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría has assisted Codify in a number of legal matters, including advising on its seed capital raising round through the crowdfunding platform Broota.

This transaction, which took place on 20 December 2022, amounted to $681,350,000 Chilean pesos.

Thanks to this transaction, Codify was able to restructure properly to carry out its first round of financing, which will allow it to carry out its national consolidation and prepare for its regional expansion.
