PPU assists in $300m issuance of ILC

PPU Chile has advised BofA Securities and J.P. Morgan Securities in the issuance by Inversiones La Construcción

 Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría, through its Chile office, has assisted BofA Securities, Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Inc. as representatives of the initial purchaser in the issuance by Inversiones La Construcción S.A. (ILC) of $300,000,000 U.S. dollars in bonds at a rate of 4,750% per annum, payable in 2032.

This transaction was closed on 7 February, with Milbank LLP acting as international counsel to the representatives of the initial purchasers, while Claro y Cía acted as local counsel to ILC S.A.
