PPU assists Inmobiliaria Algeciras on investment agreement in Fincar SpA

PPU Chile has advised Inmobiliaria Algeciras in an agreement whereby they become shareholders of Fincar SpA together with Penta Financiero and EuroFrance S.A.

 Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría Chile has assisted Inmobiliaria Algeciras Limitada and Inversiones Altair S.A. in the Investment and Association Agreement by which Inmobiliaria Algeciras Limitada, Inversiones Altair S.A. and Penta Financiero S.A., as shareholders of Mundo Crédito S.A., and Inversiones y Comercio EuroFrance SA and Inversiones Eurodos Limitada, as owners of Citroën Chile SAC, Europarts S.A. and Comercial Saint Germain SA, agreed terms and conditions under which Inmobiliaria Algeciras Limitada and Inversiones Altair S.A. (taken together), Penta Financiero S.A. and Inversiones y Comercio EuroFrance S.A. became shareholders of Fincar SpA, each with 1/3 of the share capital.

This transaction was closed on 23 August, in which Fincar SpA will develop the businesses currently developed by Mundo Crédito S.A., Citroën Chile SAC, Europarts S.A. and Comercial Saint Germain S.A. In addition, the terms of a shareholders’ agreement between Inmobiliaria Algeciras Limitada and Inversiones Altair S.A., Penta Financiero S.A. and Inversiones y Comercio EuroFrance S.A. in Fincar SpA.

Alcaíno advised Penta Finaciero, while Aninat Abogados acted as counsel to Eurofrance through its partners Luis Alberto Aninat and María Eugenia Sabbagh.
