PPU Chile appoints new head of conflict resolution practice
Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría (PPU) in Chile has recruited Jorge Vial Álamos as a new partner, and who will lead the firm’s conflict resolution practice.
Vial Álamos (pictured) brings with him his team of associates from Vial Larraín Abogados, a boutique litigation firm he co-founded in 2017.
Vial Álamos and his team have a decade of experience in litigation and arbitration concerning construction and infrastructure contracts, natural resources and mining.
Prior to forming Vial Larraín, Vial Álamos had been a partner at Morales & Besa, a foreign associate at Sidley Austin in New York, and an associate in Claro y Cia.
