PPU Chile counsels on $500m bonds issuance
PPU Chile has advised on the issuance and sale by Antofagasta PLC of bonds for the amount of $500m

Morgan Securities LLC, BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Scotia Capital (USA) Inc, and SMBC Nikko Securities America, Inc. (the “Initial Purchasers”) in connection with the issuance and sale by Antofagasta plc (Sponsor of the Chilean mining projects Antucoya, Centinela, Zaldívar and Los Pelambres) of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.375% Notes due 2030.
