PPU Chile counsels Under Armour on Chile assets selling
PPU Chile has advised Under Armour also on a distribution agreement
Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría steers Under Armour, the clothing company, in the selling of its assets in Chile to Forus S.A. for $ 19 million approx., and the drafting of a Distribution Agreement and other agreements, subject to the antitrust approval.
It is a significant transaction since Under Armour will delegate in Forus S.A., a renowned distributor of well-known brands in Chile, the distribution of its assets in our country.
