PPU Colombia assists Terpel in Bogotá public transport deal
PPU has counselled on the energy sale contract that allows electric public transportation for Colombia’s capital
Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría advised on the energy sale contract between Terpel Energía S.A.S. E.S.P. and Company of Integrated Transportation of Bogotá S.A.S. – ETIB S.A.S to start operating the first electric public transport system in Bogota.
The energy supplied by Terpel Energía S.A.S. E.S.P. will allow ETIB S.A.S. to deliver the necessary power to operate this transportation system.
This is the first delivery, of what will be the largest electric fleet in Colombia, with a total of 483 vehicles that will progressively enter the system between December and the first quarter of 2021.
