PPU counsel to Aldea Logística Global on shares sale to Inmobiliaria Alquife

Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría (PPU) in Peru has acted on Aldea Logística Global on the sale of 100% of their shares to Inmobiliaria Alquife, who is part of the Algeciras Group. The value was USD 160,000,000.00 and it was closed on June 2, 2025.

Aldea Logística Global is a company dedicated to the leasing of warehouses and distribution centers. Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría in Peru’s office was led by partner Guillermo Ferrero and director Víctor Abad along with associates Jacqueline Febres, Augusto Bustamante and Diana Burgos.

Estudio Payet was another firm involved in the transaction, led by partners Jose Antonio Payet and Giovanna García as well as associate Erick Lau.
