PPU counsels Cititrust on refinancing of Rumichacha-Pasto Project
PPU has advised Cititrust Colombia on the 906 million refinancing of the 4G Proyecto Rumichacha-Pasto
Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría Colombia has counselled Cititrust Colombia S.A. Sociedad Fiduciaria, as Local Administrative Agent, Liquidity Facility Administrative Agent, and Local Collateral Agent in the $906 million USD refinancing of the 4G Rumichacha-Pasto Project.
This transaction was closed on 10 February.
The 83 km long Rumichaca-Pasto project will improve road connectivity on the border crossing to Ecuador, as well as reduce travel times and transport costs, directly impacting the 7 municipalities that make up the road corridor: Ipiales, Contadero, Iles, Imués, Tangua, Yacuanquer and Pasto.
