PPU counsels Fortaleza on sale of Hass Peru shares
PPU has advised Fortaleza Fondo de Inversión de Capital Privado in the sale of shares in favour of Gonzalo Ganoza, Miguel Merino and Hass Perú S.A.
Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría has counselled Fortaleza – Fondo de Inversión de Capital Privado I (managed by Macrocapitales Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A.) in the sale of 11,432,223 class B shares representing 33.33% of the share capital of Hass Perú S.A. The acquisition was carried out by Gonzalo Ganoza, Miguel Merino and Hass Perú S.A.
In this transaction, closed in December 2021, Miranda & Amado advised the buyers.
Miranda & Amado’s team was comprised of partner Bruno Amiel and associate Armando Corrales.
PPU’s team included partners Guillermo Ferrero (pictured top left) and Antonio Guarniz (pictured bottom left), together with associate Alessandro Mussio (pictured right).
