PPU counsels Grupo Navent on E-Holding sale

PPU Peru has assisted Grupo Navent in the sale of E-Holding as part of the acquisition of the group’s real estate operations in Latin America

 Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría Peru has acted as local counsel to Grupo Navent on the sale of E-Holding S.A.C. as part of QuintoAndar’s acquisition of Grupo Navent’s real estate operations in Latin America.
This transaction, closed in December 2021, is a key condition for QuintoAndar to attract and digitise more real estate agencies in the region.

Grupo Navent S.R.L. is an Argentinean company dedicated to the management of companies that own web portals for job search and real estate throughout Latin America.

PPU’s team was led by partner Guillermo Ferrero (pictured left), supported by director Veronica Vergaray (pictured top right) and senior associate Daniela Forton (pictured bottom right).
