PPU counsels on expansion of investment round in Clara Holdings Limited
Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría has counselled General Catalyst Group X – Early Venture, on its follow-on investment in Clara Holdings Limited, through an extension of its Series B round.
This transaction, closed on 27 April, had a total amount of US $60,000,000, and involved the jurisdictions of the US, Chile and the Cayman Islands. Latham & Watkins acted as international counsel to General Catalyst.
Latham & Watkins’ team included partner Benjamin Potter and associate Koyo Hayward.
