PPU counsels QC Terminales Chile on winning port project bid

Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría (PPU) has successfully represented QC Terminales Chile on its bid for the contract to build a berthing facility at San Antonio Port

Federido Grebe of PPUSan Antonio is one of the provinces of the Valparaíso region, and the project, Policarpo Toro Quay, which was awarded by Empresa Portuaria San Antonio (EPSA), consists of a multi-operational facility. 

The amount of the award tendered was not disclosed. 

PPU’s team advising QC Terminales Chile was led by corporate and M&A partner Federico Grebe (pictured) and public law partner José Luis Lara, with associates Constanza Rodríguez, Florencia Portales and Catalina Von Dessauer.
