PPU counsels Santander Consumo Peru on Neoauto acquisition

Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría Peru has counselled Empresa de Créditos Santander Consumo Peru in the acquisition of 45% of the shares representing the share capital of Neoauto from Empresa Editora El Comercio.

This transaction was signed and closed on 26 December.

Neoauto is a company dedicated to the promotion, sales management and placement of vehicles through the web portal “Neoauto”.

Cecilia Davila and Ivan Palomino acted as in-house counsels to Empresa de Créditos Santander Consumo Perú; while Antonio Román and Manuel Armas provided in-house counsel to Editora El Comercio.

PPU’s team included partner Guillermo Ferrero (pictured) and associates Jacqueline Febres and Diana Burgos.
