PPU helped Talma obtain $27 million refinancing in Peru

Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría advised Talma Servicios Aeroportuarios on obtaining a $27 million syndicated loan.

Talma is a airport services company headquartered in Lima which operates cargo and ramp, executive aviation, line maintenance and training services at airports located in Peru, Mexico and Ecuador.

Banco de Crédito del Perú and Interbank provided the credit facility. Talma will use the new funds to refinance an existing syndicated loan granted by BBVA Banco Continental y Scotiabank Perú.

Partner Ronald Fernández-Dávila led the PPU team acting for Talma.

The lenders instructed Payet Rey, Cauvi, Perez Abogados.
