PPU in Colombia advises on Celsia bond issuance
Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría (PPU) in Colombia has acted as local counsel to Celsia Colombia, formerly known as Empresa de Energía del Pacífico, on the issuance and placement of ordinary bonds with a value of 200 billiion Colombian pesos ($54.8 million).
Demand for the bond was 3.63 times the amount offered, the law firm said.
