PPU instructed on Cartagena airport arbitration

Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría acted as counsel to SACSA in arbitration proceedings against one of its contractors. 

Sociedad Aeroportuaria de la Costa (SACSA) is the entity which currently manages the Cartagena airport. It recently filed a PPP project to expand the airport, with PPU as counsel.

The arbitration case arouse from alleged breach of contract in the expansion works at the airport.

Partner Julio González led the PPU team, which also included partner Jorge Di Terlizzi.
