PPU instructed on multi-million dollar property deal in Chile

Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría advised Indesa in the purchase of 6,000 square meters of land in La Dehesa, Santiago de Chile, for a value of $11 million.

Indesa (Desarrollos Inmobiliarios S.A.) is one of Chile´s largest property developers, and plans to build a residential building in the plot. La Dehesa is considered one of Santiago´s most affluent neighbourhoods.

The operation involved the study and research of alternatives to solve a number of complex legal issues surrounding land ownership titles.

Partner José Tagle led the PPU team advising Indesa.
