PPU, Miranda & Amado instructed on $30M Peru airport financing
Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría advised Aeropuertos del Peru on a $30.4 million finance granted by BBVA Banco Continental, which retained Miranda & Amado.
Aeropuertos del Perú is headquartered in Lima and operates twelve regional airports in Peru. The company will use the loan to finance investments in new equipment.
This financing consisted of a medium-term financial facility for $15.2 million and a revolving credit facility for $15.2 million. Both contracts are secured by the project’s collection rights and cash flows.
