PPU represents Arthur J. Gallagher in acquisition of ACSL insurance portfolio

Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría Peru has represented Arthur J. Gallagher in the acquisition of an insurance portfolio from ACSL SRL Corredores de Seguros, a leading broker in the northern region of Peru.

In addition, the transaction also involved the transfer of insurance policies and employees, and subject to compliance with a number of regulatory requirements (Superintendencia de Banca y Seguros). It also involved the execution of IT agreements with third parties to ensure business continuity.

This transaction took place during the month of May, where DLA Piper advised ACSL.
