PPU represents AVI-SPL in ICAP acquisition
Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría has represented AVI-SPL Global in the acquisition of ICAP Global in Colombia, Chile and Peru as part of its expansion in Latin America and Spain.
This acquisition is part of AVI’s comprehensive strategy, which included the acquisition of several companies in the region.
The transaction, which closed on 10 December, involved the jurisdictions of Colombia, Spain, Chile, Argentina, Peru, Spain and the United States.
