PPU represents Linzor in purchase of 70% of inConcert and Convertia

PPU Peru has assisted Linzor Capital Partners in the acquisition of 70% of the technology companies inConcert and Convertia

 Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría has represented Linzor Capital Partners in the acquisition of 70% of inConcert and Convertia, advising on all matters related to Peruvian law, including the structuring of the acquisition, including tax considerations, due diligence of the Peruvian target, as well as the review of the acquisition documents.

In this transaction, which closed in January 2022, Ritch Mueller, Uría Menéndez, DLA Piper, Ferrere and Estudio Mails advised in the jurisdictions of Mexico, Spain, Colombia, Uruguay and Argentina, respectively.

The companies inConcert and Convertia work together providing end-to-end, natively integrated SaaS solutions for digital marketing and customer experience, among other consulting and management services using technology. They have operations in Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Uruguay and Peru, where they are pioneers in the sector.
