PPU steers Rappi on its fintech alliance with Itaú Bank
PPU Chile has counselled Rappi on its fintech alliance with Itaú Bank for the development, distribution and commercialization of financial products and services on Rappi’s digital ecosystem
The purpose of the alliance between Rappi and Itaú Bank is to democratize financial services, promote greater inclusion and encourage digitalization in a simple, fast way that brings broad benefits to users. As well as revolutionize the local market with simple and innovative digital products, unique in the Chilean industry.
The CEO of Itaú Bank Chile, Gabriel Moura, said after sealing this alliance with Rappi that “we are moved to offer new platforms, simple, useful and close, which allow us to make their daily lives easier, accompanying them in their financial needs”.
While the general manager of Rappi Chile, Isaac Cañas, mentioned that this alliance “is a big step towards a transformation of the financial world, through collaborative work between two companies that are experts in what they do and that focus on the digitization of processes and services. Innovation is part of our entrepreneurial DNA and together with Itaú we will now also offer financial solutions”.
