PRA promotes César Barajas to partner

Parra Rodríguez Abogados has announced the promotion of César Barajas (pictured) as a new partner of the firm. César, head of the Banking and Finance group, joined the firm in 2011.

Throughout his time at PRA, César has led key initiatives in structured finance, secured transactions, insolvency and cross-border transactions. His role in high-value equipment finance has cemented his reputation as an expert in aviation and international finance.

César holds a law degree from Universidad del Rosario in Colombia and a Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Business Law, cum laude honors, from Tilburg University in the Netherlands. His international experience includes working as an international law clerk at Holland & Knight in New York. He has also been a professor of Commercial Law and Banking Law at Universidad del Rosario on several occasions.
