PRCP Abogados advises BCP on COAR ICA project
Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados has assisted Banco de Crédito del Perú in the Colegio de Alto Rendimiento COAR ICA project
Peruvian law firm Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados has advised Banco de Crédito del Perú in its project Colegio de Alto Rendimiento – COAR ICA under the mechanism of Works for Taxes.
The BCP and the Ministry of Education (MINEDU) signed an agreement for the financing and execution of the project, with an investment of approximately 9.5 million soles.
The project involved the construction and equipping of a 4-level school residence, classrooms, library, dining room, laundries, workshops, toilets and sports centre, the latter with swimming pools, slabs and an athletic track.
PRCP’s team consisted of partners Juan Antonio Egüez (pictured left) and Gerardo Soto (pictured right), advisor Karen Ángeles, associates Brenda Sarrin and Ivana Dominguez and consultants Fabrizio Anchorena, Kelina Quispe and Tomy Serrano.
