PRCP advises Algeciras on loan agreement

Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados has assisted Algeciras in loan negotiation

Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados has assisted Algeciras Inversiones S.A.C in the negotiation of loan and subscription of a medium-term loan agreement entered into on October 30, 2020, between the lender and Banco BTG Pactual Chile, up to the amount of $20 million.

The loan was backed by the constitution of an asset trust granted by Voramar S.A.C., a subsidiary of the borrower. Algeciras Inversiones S.A.C. is a Lima-based company which operates in the Business Support Services industry and was founded in 1998.

Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez team was led by partner Giovanna García (pictured), and involved associates Mario Lercari and Paula D’Medina.

Garrigues advised Banco BTG Pactual Chile with a team formed by Diego Harman, Jorge Calle and Eric Gatjens.
