PRCP advises the ASBANC consortium in the execution of the Comisarías PNP project

Peruvian law firm, Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados, has advised the ASBANC Consortium – Association of Banks of Peru in its project ” Comisarías PNP”, which included the construction of six police stations in the region of Huancavelica and included the delivery of infrastructure, equipment and furniture, and training of police personnel.
The amount of this investment was 24.6 million soles, making it the first experience in the use of the mechanism by the national government in the area of public order and security.
PRCP’s team consisted of partners Juan Antonio Egüez (pictured left) and Gerardo Soto (pictured right), together with counsel Karen Angeles, associates Brenda Sarrín and Ivana Dominguez, as well as consultants Fabrizio Anchorena, Kelina Quispe, Tomy Serrano.
