PRCP in signing of investment agreement for Cervecerías Backus y Johnston

Payet Rey Cauvi Pérez Abogados has advised Unión de Cervecerías Peruanas Backus y Johnston in the award of the good pro and subscription of an investment agreement for the execution of a water and sewerage project with the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation under the mechanism of Works for Taxes.

The project will be financed by the Unión de Cervecerías Peruanas Backus y Johnston with the National Rural Sanitation Programme of the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation, whose joint work will connect 210 homes, two social institutions and two public institutions to the water network.

The implementation of the project will benefit more than 1040 inhabitants of the village of Palo Blanco, in the district of Motupe, in Lambayeque.
