Private Advising Group announced it launched an office in New York and promoted Sofia Yagüe to partner. Yagüe will front the new office as its managing partner.
Private Advising Group is a boutique law firm which was founded in Miami in 2014 and focuses on complex business, real estate transactions and litigation.
Sofia Yagüe is licensed to practice both in Spain and New York. She holds an LLM from New York University School of Law and additionally, a Law Degree and a Business Management Degree from CEU San Pablo University in Madrid, Spain. Yagüe focuses on venture capital and regularly advises emerging growth companies from Europe and Latin America in their venture backed financings and operations in the United States.
Yague is part of the group of lawyers which launched Private Advising Group and is the firm´s first “homegrown” partner.
