Peluso, Stupp e Guaritá Advogados has announced the lawyer Rodrigo Borges de Barros as its new environmental consultant. The professional comes to reinforce the Environmental Law and Agribusiness area, which provides legal advice to rural producers, agriculture and agribusiness, as well as structured operations and activities related to the sector.
Rodrigo Barros holds a Master’s degree in Bioethics and a PhD in Biofuels.
He was a member of Conama – National Environmental Council and is the current president of the Environmental Law Commission of OAB/MG. Barros is also a university professor and evaluator/partner of the City Law Journal of the Rio de Janeiro State University – UERJ and of the Quesito Iuris Journal of the Rio de Janeiro State University – UERJ.
