Quiñones Alayza Abogados has appointed Jessica Cubas Otarola as new partner

 Peruvian law firm Quiñones Alayza Abogados has added Jessica Cubas Otarola as a new partner to strengthen its construction and infrastructure practice.

Jessica graduated in Law from the University of Lima and holds an MBA from EAE Business School. Previously, she was Legal Innovation leader at Niubox, Deputy Legal manager and Business Development manager at GyM S.A and senior associate at Estudio Echecopar, associated with Baker McKenzie International.

She has more than 12 years of experience in construction and infrastructure law and specialises in Legal Innovation, Legal Design and Legal Project Management. Throughout her legal career, she has advised companies and state entities in contract negotiations and construction disputes related to power generation plants, transport infrastructure, complex buildings and mining projects.
