R. Amaral advises Grupo OTO on its sale to Kora Saúde

R. Amaral Advogados advised Grupo Hospitalar OTO, which sold 80% of its participation to Kora Saúde

Grupo Kora Saúde Participações, a hospital network in Espírito Santo and Tocantins, announced the purchase of 80% of Grupo OTO for R$ 248 million.

The acquisition was made through Kora Saúde’s subsidiary Camburi Participações. A partnership will be formed with founding shareholders of the OTO Group in the operation of all the company’s activities in Ceará. Kora will hold 80% of the shares of the OTO Group and the founding shareholders of the OTO Group will hold the other 20%.

R. Amaral Advogados, a business law firm in Ceará, assisted the OTO Group in the operation and included partners Drauzio Barros Leal, Ted Pontes, Ilo Igo Marques (in the image from left to right) and lawyers Jéssica Dias and André Andrade.
